Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Klepit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Klepit is a voice-first bug triage platform. You record voice memos, which are transcribed and summarized by AI into structured tickets. The service includes workspace management, team collaboration, GitHub integration, and notification delivery.

You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. One person per account — do not share login credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Klepit.

You agree not to:

• Upload sensitive personal data (social security numbers, medical records, financial account numbers) in voice notes.
• Use the service for illegal activities.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Abuse the AI pipeline (automated bulk submissions, prompt injection attacks).
• Interfere with other users' access to the service.

Ticket summaries, severity assessments, suggested files, and proposed fixes are generated by AI and provided as suggestions only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them. Klepit is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Each plan has usage limits including monthly voice notes, note duration, team size, and connected repositories. Current limits are displayed in your workspace settings. We reserve the right to adjust limits with 30 days notice.

Your use of Klepit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how AI providers process it, and how long it is retained.

You may delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is soft-deleted and may be recoverable for up to 30 days.

Klepit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
